Information we collect
We don’t offer accounts, so we collect very little. We collect:
- Contact form details: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, when you use the form on our Contact page.
- Emails you send us: the details you include when you write to Support@letsluckyaussie.com.
- Technical data: standard information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, device and browser type, which our hosting provider may record in server logs.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to keep the website secure and working, and to meet legal obligations. We don’t use your contact details for marketing.
Who we share it with
The service providers that run the website and deliver email for us, such as our hosting and email providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work properly. If we add analytics or other optional cookies, we’ll update this policy first.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, limit who can access it and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it’s handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
